1. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 continental United States. If you're outside our shipping area, stay tuned—we're working on expanding!
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $5, or free for orders totaling $80 or more.
4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our product, we currently do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to support@tryanewball.com, and we’ll make it right!

Each box includes a carefully curated selection of premium golf balls from top brands, allowing you to test different models and find the best fit for your game.
6. Can I customize my variety box?
Right now, we offer pre-selected variety boxes designed to help you compare a range of golf balls. We may offer customization in the future! Contact us as support@tryanewball.com if you have a request.
7. Are the golf balls new or used?
All golf balls in our variety boxes are always brand new.
